Common problems with electronic scales
Unstable weight
Is it in an area with electric fans, air conditioning, or high airflow? If so, please exclude or change the usage location.
Check if the dust cover touches the scale pan, and if the weighing object is too long to touch the scale body or other places. If so, please straighten and place it properly.
Check if the AC voltage is stable or if the battery is low. If so, please change the usage location or charge.
The above situation cannot be resolved, please send it to the dealer for repair.
Weight not allowed
Check whether the dust cover touches the scale pan, whether the scale pan is supported by foreign objects, or whether the scale weight is too long and touches the scale body or other places. If so, please straighten and place it properly.
The error is within 10 sensitivity values. If there are calibration instructions in the manual, use the standard method code to refer to the calibration.
The above situation cannot be resolved, please send it to the dealer for repair.
No response after startup
Check if the fuse is burnt out, and if so, replace it with a fuse of the same specification.
Check if the power cord is broken, and if so, replace it with a power cord of the same specification.
Check if the battery or dry cell is charged. If not, replace it with a battery of the same specification or charge it.
The above situation cannot be resolved, please send it to the dealer for repair.
Counting inaccurate
Is it located in an electric fan, cold air outlet, or a place with high air flow? If so, please exclude or change the usage location.
Check whether the dust cover touches the scale pan, whether the scale pan is supported by foreign objects, or whether the weighing object touches the scale body or other places. If so, please straighten and place it properly.
Is the weighing item too small, exceeding the allowable average weight per unit.
Whether the size of the weighing items varies due to the manufacturing process and exceeds the allowable range.
Can increasing the sampling quantity improve? If it cannot be solved, it is necessary to purchase another high-precision counting scale or small scale counting scale.
Zero position too large or too small
Turn on the power switch, the electronic scale performs a self-test, and the window displays "999999 – 000000" self-test. If it is not normal:
If the window displays "FULL HH" and makes a "beep, beep, beep" sound, it indicates that the zero position is too high, the sensor is damaged, or there is an item on the scale platform.
If the window displays "FULL LL" and makes a "beep, beep, beep" sound, it indicates that the zero position is too small or the sensor is damaged or the scale is not placed.
The above situation cannot be resolved, please send it to the dealer for repair.
